Websites for established companies

A website that matches
the business you’ve built.

Complete company websites — from structure and copy shaping to design, development, QA and launchPersonally led by Jan Duras (opens in a new tab)

6,000 € total · the first 1,500 € of it starts the Website Direction · 5 business days

The situation

MODOC is specialised anti-doping software used at Olympic and FIFA-level events. As the product carried serious operational weight, the public face had to match that seriousness for international buyers and partners.

Why it mattered

When a specialised B2B product looks thinner than the work behind it, prospects and partners cannot quickly judge whether it is credible enough for regulated, high-stakes environments. Clarity and trust become the bottleneck—not the capability of the software.

What I changed

  • I rebuilt pwc-modoc.com as a full brand overhaul and website so the product’s scope and seriousness could be understood without prior insider knowledge.
  • I shaped a stronger visual identity and a clearer page structure around what the product actually does and for whom — not a generic software template.
  • As an add-on service, I also contributed product UI/UX across the backoffice and DCO mobile app, release-note standards, marketing creative and a promo film, so the public site and the product system spoke with one voice.

The result

MODOC now has a live international website and brand presentation that carries the weight of software used at major global events. The client team’s reaction to the website and video speaks for itself.

  • “Johnny, you are a f***ing wizard 😃 I'm absolutely blown away by the website!!”

  • “Awesome, awesome, awesome 👏”

  • “Thank you, thank you, thank you! AMAZING work across all aspects! I couldn't be happier”

  • “IT IS GREAT, I LOVE IT! Thanks for the great work!”

What people working with Jan said

A bit more of my work

Built for real companies. Live in the real world.

The situation

JWS is a construction company that contributes to projects for major companies internationally. The company actually already had a website done by me, but as the company grew and the years went by, it needed a professional refresh to match its current size and seriousness.

Why it mattered

For an established construction business, a weak or outdated public face makes the company look smaller than the work it already does — especially when prospects, partners and primes judge capability before a first meeting.

What I changed

  • I built a new brand and a complete website so the public image matched the scale of the projects JWS already delivers.
  • I focused the site on making the company’s real work and seriousness readable to an unfamiliar visitor, not on industry jargon or decoration.

The result

JWS has a live brand and website at jws.sk that presents an established construction company rather than a thin online placeholder.

The situation

LEAP is B2B software custom-built for consultancies in the DACH region that needed a strong digital presence accompanying the launch of the product.

Why it mattered

Specialised software for a defined regional audience fails quietly when the website cannot explain the category, the buyer or the difference. It also needs to look and feel proper, evoking trust and the actual capability of the product to its potential customers.

What I changed

  • I built a custom leap-erp.com with a brand overhaul so the product’s audience and purpose read clearly to DACH consultancy buyers.
  • I structured the site around what consultancies need to understand first — not a generic ERP template — and supported it with SEO, performance and analytics foundations.
  • I also contributed product design work (including dashboard and navigation experiences) so the marketing site and the product direction stayed aligned.

The result

LEAP has a live product website aimed at its DACH consultancy audience, with a clearer public presentation of a specialised B2B offer. Client reaction to the site was strongly positive; measured commercial outcomes are not claimed here.

  • “The site looks genuinely amazing.”

  • “Johnny, I'm impressed.”

The situation

TechGuru SK/CZ is a media company covering tech, science and gaming. I helped co-found it in 2017 and led brand, site and marketing from the early WordPress presence through later rebuilds. As the previous site was built mainly on a WordPress template, over time it became dated and hard to adjust to the company's future vision.

Why it mattered

A content-heavy media brand that looks like every other tech outlet disappears in the feed. Distinctiveness is not decoration — it is how the audience recognises the source and keeps returning.

What I changed

  • I shaped the brand identity and creative direction from the original logo system, then rebuilt the site as a modern Next.js platform with stronger SEO, performance and reading UX.
  • I kept the brand’s distinctive meme-led marketing voice in the system rather than flattening it into a generic news template. The goal was simple — a beautiful, fast, exceptionally great-to-use website built on a modern stack and much more attractive to readers compared to the competition which had mainly dense, hard to orient around interfaces.

The result

TechGuru remains live at techguru.sk with a recognisable identity and a content-ready website. The founder’s own line on the result: it looks like no other competitor’s site. The readers themselves also complimented the design and user experience once getting their hands on the product.

  • “Johnny, the site is crazy good!”

  • “Simple, modern — looks like no other competition's site.”

One complete website. One fixed price.

Full scope, exclusions and Care details

What the Website Direction includes

Included

  • Full sitemap — every page, named and ordered
  • Homepage designed and built, exactly as it would launch
  • Every other page built and navigable, with real structure
  • The design system applied — type, colour, spacing, components
  • Live on a private preview link, works on mobile

Not included until the build

  • Finished copy on inner pages
  • Final images and photography
  • Forms, analytics and integrations
  • Technical foundations — structured data, performance, accessibility
  • Deployment to your domain

Timeline

The Website Direction clock starts after the 1,500 € payment — the first part of the 6,000 € total — clears and required materials arrive: 5 business days to a clickable whole-site preview. The build clock starts after the second payment — 10 business days to finish, with two feedback rounds. You decide whether to continue after the Direction. Client delays pause the clocks.

Structure & copy

Durasius defines the website’s page hierarchy and shapes copy from your existing business knowledge, materials and direction. You provide accurate service information, evidence and specialist claims. Market research, company positioning, naming and independent specialist writing are separate.

Design & pages

Includes one custom responsive visual design and up to seven core pages or reusable page templates within the agreed structure. Additional design explorations, pages, languages and substantial new layouts are quoted separately.

Feedback

The build includes two focused feedback rounds. New creative explorations, substantial restructuring and added scope are quoted before work begins.

Technical & launch

The build includes responsive development, performance optimisation, accessibility-conscious implementation, analytics and Search Console setup, search- and AI-readable technical foundations, testing and deployment. This does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, AI citations or legal accessibility compliance.

Ownership & exclusions

After the Website Direction, design files are yours if you stop. After full payment of the build, you own the final custom website and agreed deliverable files, subject to third-party licences and service terms. A Direction code buyout is available for 1,500 €. E-commerce, applications, complex integrations, larger page sets, full branding, photography and video are scoped separately.

Website Care

Website Care includes managed technical maintenance, uptime and form monitoring, Search Console, analytics and indexing checks, dependency and security updates, cookie consent and compliance tooling kept current, priority async support and a quarterly website health summary.

Includes the cookie consent tool and its upkeep. Legal documents themselves — privacy policy, terms — are yours or generated through a tool subscribed in your name.

Two small content updates are included per monthly billing period. A small update is one contained change to existing content or an existing component, normally requiring no more than 30 minutes of implementation and QA.

Examples include replacing supplied text or an image, updating contact or team details, changing prices or opening hours, adding a supplied testimonial, or adding supplied images to an existing gallery.

New pages, new layouts, components, campaigns, integrations, functionality, redesigns, research, original copywriting, image production and video work are quoted before work begins.

Unused updates do not roll over. Durasius confirms whether a request is included before starting. No out-of-scope work begins without written approval of its price and timeline.

Built for international work

Written scope and agreement before payment · VAT-registered EU company · your domain stays in your name · decisions documented in writing · agreed files transferred at each stated milestone

All prices exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge — no VAT added. Clients outside the EU are invoiced in EUR and are outside the scope of EU VAT.

How it works

  1. 1. Start

    YouFill the 2-minute fit check

MeWithin 1 business day: exactly what I need from you, a fixed scope, a launch date, and the invoice for the 1st deposit attached.

  2. 2. Website Direction

YouPay the 1,500 € — the first part of the 6,000 €, not an extra fee — and send the materials from that list

MeWithin 5 business days: a clickable preview of the whole site — homepage finished, every other page structured. The invoice for the 2nd deposit comes with it.

  3. 3. Build

YouPay if you want to go ahead

Me10 business days to finish it. Two rounds of feedback.

  4. 4. Live

Both clocks start the day payment clears and your materials are in. If either is outstanding, they pause. You decide whether to continue after you've seen the Website Direction.

Fit

For established companies whose website no longer reflects the business they have become.

This is probably right if

  • The company has moved upmarket, or the offer has materially changed
  • The current site makes you look smaller or less credible than you are
  • Your team hesitates before sending a prospect to it
  • A launch, expansion, partnership or trade event has created a real date
  • One person can decide, and the facts about the business already exist

This is probably not right if

  • You need e-commerce, a portal, a booking system or a custom application
  • You need more than 7 core pages, or more than one language
  • Nobody internally owns the content, proof or approvals
  • You want the cheapest available option
  • You need original market research or positioning strategy delivered

Five years on high-stakes software products, including anti-doping systems used at Olympic and FIFA-level events. Building things since I was 8, professionally since 18. I do the work myself, start to finish.

Durasius s. r. o. (Durasius) was incorporated in 2024, but there was real work long before it. The work on this page spans the years before and after — Durasius is the company I now operate through.

Questions

Straight answers before you start.

What do you need from me?

Accurate information about your services, customers, proof, priorities and existing materials. You provide the business knowledge and specialist claims; Durasius structures, edits and shapes it into website copy.

What does the Website Direction include?

A clickable preview of the whole site in 5 business days: full sitemap, homepage finished as it would launch, every other page built and navigable with real structure, the design system applied, live on a private preview link. The 1,500 € for it is the first part of the 6,000 € total, not an additional fee. Finished inner-page copy, final images, forms, analytics, technical foundations and domain deployment come with the build.

How many pages are included?

Up to seven core pages or page templates are included. Larger page sets, additional languages, e-commerce, custom applications and complex integrations are scoped separately.

Who writes the copy?

You provide the facts, services, proof and direction. Durasius structures, edits and rewrites that material into concise website copy. Original research, company positioning and specialist legal, medical, financial or technical content are not included.

How does feedback work?

The build includes two focused feedback rounds. Corrections for defects against the approved scope are covered for 30 days after launch. New directions or scope additions are quoted before work begins.

What if I don't want to continue after the Website Direction?

Then you stop. The design files are yours and there's nothing further to pay. If you'd rather take the working code, that's a 1,500 € Direction code buyout.

What happens after launch?

After you approve the finished build, Durasius deploys, connects analytics and hands over the files. The first 30 days of launch support are included. Afterward, continue with Website Care—maintenance, monitoring and two small updates per month for the regional monthly price—or leave with your final website and files after full payment.

Can you work with companies outside Slovakia?

Yes — Durasius is a registered, VAT-registered EU company and works remotely with international teams. You get a written scope and agreement before any payment, your domain stays registered to your company, and the agreed files transfer at the stated milestone.

Do you use AI?

Yes, deliberately. I make every decision — structure, copy, design, technical choices — and AI accelerates the execution. That’s how one person delivers in 10 business days what an agency quotes 3 months for. I’m accountable for every line that ships.

More details
How do the Website Direction and build clocks work?

Both clocks start the day payment clears and required materials are in. The Website Direction is 5 business days; build is 10 business days from the second payment. If payment or materials are outstanding, the clocks pause. You decide whether to continue after you've seen the Direction.

What does AI-readable mean?

Crawlable, semantically structured content with clear company and service information, accurate metadata and truthful structured data. It does not guarantee inclusion or ranking in AI-generated answers.

Is SEO included?

Technical and on-page foundations are included in the build. Ongoing SEO content, link building, local SEO management and ranking guarantees are not.

Is accessibility included?

Built with an accessibility-conscious WCAG 2.2 AA baseline. This is not legal certification; specialist audits can be scoped where required.

What counts as a Website Care update?

A small update is one contained change to existing website content or an existing component, normally requiring no more than 30 minutes of implementation and QA. Examples include replacing supplied text or an image, updating team or contact details, changing prices or opening hours, adding a supplied testimonial, or adding supplied photos to an existing gallery. New pages or templates, new layouts or components, campaigns, integrations, new functionality, redesigns, research, original copywriting, image production and video work are quoted before work begins. Two small updates are included per monthly billing period. Unused updates do not roll over.

What is not included?

E-commerce, custom applications, additional languages, complex integrations, larger page sets, original research, specialist content, photography, video and Brand Refresh are scoped separately.

Who owns the website?

After the Website Direction, design files are yours if you stop. After full payment of the build, the client owns the final custom website and agreed deliverable files, subject to third-party licenses, platforms, fonts, stock assets and the Website Sprint Service Terms (/service-terms/websites). A Direction code buyout is available for 1,500 €.

Who holds the domain and hosting?

Your domain stays registered in your name and Durasius never holds it. Hosting runs on Vercel — I can set it up under your account, or under mine and transfer it. Either way you keep access and can move the site elsewhere at any time.

What is Brand Refresh?

An optional modernization of an existing logo, colour and typography system before applying it to the website. From 2,500 €. Naming, full brand strategy, extensive concept exploration, broad campaign systems and large sets of collateral are scoped separately.

Website Sprint engagements are governed by the Website Sprint Service Terms.

Most people don't want another website. They want to stop thinking about it.

Every few years the same thing happens. The site starts to look its age. You find an agency. You spend hours explaining what your business actually does, who buys from you, and why you win the work you win. They build something. Then the account manager changes, or the agency moves on, or you just drift — and three years later you do the whole thing again with someone new.

I'd rather be the person you don't have to replace. I build it, then I keep it current as the business changes. New service, new location, new people, new direction — you send me a message and I handle it.

I've worked with one client for years now. When I told them I was leaving to build my own company, I found a way to keep working with them instead.

You never explain your business twice.

That's what Website Care actually is. Not maintenance. Continuity.

Note: You can leave whenever you want — the files are yours and there's no minimum term on Care. The point is that you shouldn't need to. Full terms: Website Sprint Service Terms.

Your website shows what you do. A film shows how you do it — your people, your machines, work actually happening. It's the one thing a competitor can't screenshot, and it's what people remember after they've closed the tab.

Brand refresh

Your logo, colours and type are read before a single word is. If yours were made years ago, or by someone who wasn't a designer, a new website can only carry so much — it ends up looking good in spite of the brand rather than because of it. A refresh means everything pulls in one direction.

Wordmark, colour, type, applied across the whole site. From 2,500 €.

  • “F***!!!! The video is just mind-blowing!!!!! I have no words for this.”

  • “Johnny, you are a f***ing wizard 😃 I'm absolutely blown away by both, the website and the video!!”

  • “Thank you, thank you, thank you! AMAZING work on all aspects, website, video(s) and app design! I couldn't be happier”

  • “Johnny can do it just... 👌”

Add either when you get in touch. Neither is required.
